KBCS achieved a significant milestone by winning two awards at the Anugerah Jurutera GJPBS 2023, held during the GJPBS Anniversary Dinner. The recognition highlights the company’s excellence and contributions across multiple engineering disciplines.

The awards were presented by the Premier of Sarawak, Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg. The event was also attended by the Sarawak Minister of Utility and Telecommunication, Datuk Julaihi Narawi, and GJPBS Chairman, Irwan Zulkarnain Muhammad Hasbie, along with other distinguished guests and industry professionals.

KBCS was honored with the Gold Award for Sarawak Bumiputera Consulting Engineers’ Outstanding Award in the Mechanical & Electrical category. In addition, the company received the Silver Award in the Civil & Structural category, further demonstrating its strong multidisciplinary capabilities.
